My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights, expecting a luxury apartment with a beautiful sea view. Instead, we found the building under noisy renovation, completely blocking the view and making the balcony unusable. The host didn’t inform us in advance, claiming she thought the work would be finished — clearly untrue. The apartment itself was far from luxury: no A/C in the lounge, no basic toiletries, very old and uncomfortable furniture, a leaking bathroom, a noisy fridge we had to turn off at night, and an outdated kitchen. The host did refund 10%, but it didn’t make up for the experience.
