The location was excellent. The host was very attentive. The security man was super helpful. The apartment and the building were very clean. Felt very safe. Very easy access to main spots. Amazing views from the balcony.

Everything was super perfect to me .. this is my 4th or 5th time staying in the property. Cool and cozy place to stay in, and the host is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. All facilities are available. The place is also baby friendly.

This was a bit of a splurge for me, but it's very reasonably priced for what you get. The apartment is a big one-bedroom, with a spectacular 12th-floor view from the ample balcony, looking over a fair swath of beach and Mediterranean Sea. It's extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is right on the Corniche, the main coastal boulevard. A full kitchen and washing machine are most welcome added touches. The manager is super-friendly and helpful, meets you at the place to get you settled in, and again to handle checkout. I'd go back in a heartbeat; heck, I could live there.

Nothing to do with the apartment, but note that the Corniche is a very busy road with almost no stoplights at this end. Crossing to (e.g.) the good restaurants on the other side is manageable during the day, but absolutely terrifying at night, with eight lanes of high-speed traffic and many folks driving with their lights off (a strange Egyptian custom). I'd seriously recommend staying on the city side of the avenue after dark, or even hiring a taxi to run you down to the next U-turn and back to your destination.
