Très bonne localisation, au pied de Montmartre et de nombreuses station de métro.
Climatisation et ventilateur très efficace et vraiment appréciable en été.
Le canapé lit est vraiment tres inconfortable, grince ENORMEMENT. Nous avons très mal dormi dans ce canape lit, chaque petits mouvements provoquaient un grincement strident.. au point de finir la nuit à même le sol sur les coussins du canapé pour ne pas réveiller tout l’appartement..

La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El alojamiento es exactamente como aparece en las fotografías, está muy bien ubicado y destaca tanto por su limpieza como por el equipamiento y el menaje disponible, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
Como aspecto a mejorar, la vivienda dispone de una cerradura inteligente que funciona mediante el teléfono móvil. Aunque el anfitrión facilitó un código adicional para otra persona, seguimos viendo un inconveniente en depender completamente de la batería del móvil para acceder al alojamiento. Cuando se está de viaje y pasando muchas horas fuera visitando la ciudad, existe la preocupación de quedarse sin batería y no poder entrar en la vivienda, lo que puede generar cierta angustia. Creemos que disponer de una llave física como alternativa aportaría mucha más tranquilidad a los huéspedes.
Salvo por ese detalle, todo lo demás ha sido perfecto y recomendamos el alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

Bell'appartamento in centro a 400 metri dal Sacro Cuore, in una zona con tanti bei locali e servizi (la metro Jules Joffrin è a 300 metri). Pulito e silenzioso, con tutte le comodità. L'host Martin è stato impeccabile e molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di posare i bagagli prima del check-in permettendoci di girare in tranquillità. L'accesso alla struttura è stato facilissimo grazie alle istruzioni precise. Quando torneremo a Parigi verremo sicuramente qui!
Il divano letto è molto rumoroso, anche se per il discorso comodità abbiamo risolto usando i cuscini e le sedute come materasso. Qualche asciugamano per il viso sarebbe necessario.

L’appartement est bien agencé.
La salle de bain est assez grande.
Le système pour ouvrir la porte est pratique.
Le canapé lit grince énormément, au point que nous avons dû mettre le matelas par terre.
La vaisselle et l’égouttoir étaient très sales.
