La scarsa pulizia e il divano letto scomodo

L’emplacement. La réactivité de l’hôte quand nous n’arrivions pas à ouvrir la porte, il nous a répondu directement.

Le canapé lit qui est dans un état pitoyable. Le matelas fait 3cm d’épaisseur, nous avons eu le sentiment de dormir à-même les lattes. Ce n’est pas normal de proposer ce type de couchage. La deuxième nuit nous avons mis le matelas au sol directement.

Très bonne localisation, au pied de Montmartre et de nombreuses station de métro. Climatisation et ventilateur très efficace et vraiment appréciable en été.

Le canapé lit est vraiment tres inconfortable, grince ENORMEMENT. Nous avons très mal dormi dans ce canape lit, chaque petits mouvements provoquaient un grincement strident.. au point de finir la nuit à même le sol sur les coussins du canapé pour ne pas réveiller tout l’appartement..

The person I had contact with - Martin, was lovely and polite. The location is good, 10 minute walk (up many steps) from Montmartre square but had many things nearby if you didn’t want to go. The shower was also very good, nice bath (not a hot tub) and amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Main problem was we booked this apartment solely for the fact it has aircon which didn’t work for the entirety of the stay. Our room was 32-35 continuously and all night. Martin said he would get someone to come and fix it which never happened, so we struggled to sleep and basically be in the rooms from mid morning onwards. The aircon was also taped at the back tube where hot air was blasting out of when on, so looked like this is an ongoing problem that isn’t getting fixed rather than a 1 off. Secondly, the sofa bed is horrific. We took it in turns to sleep on it as it was so bad. It was uncomfortable and incredibly noisy, so you could hear everytime someone moved on it. We considered putting cushions on the floor as we thought that would be easier. Less of an issue and more of a note that we struggled often to get back into the room. Everytime we would press unlock or open door, it stated we’re and the motor was broken, then would work after a couple of goes. Worked fine after we did automatic open when close by. Lastly we didn’t know until the second day that the key for the lift is in the mailbox, had to take all luggage up the stairs which is 4 floors. Might be good to add that to the welcome notes. Advertisement also says free Netflix, but actually means that there’s Netflix on the tv but you need your own accounts, so if you don’t have Netflix yourself, it’s pointless.
