The G Einbay Golf Resort

I was worried because my mum uses a wheelchair, so I contacted the hotel in advance. They were incredibly accommodating and prepared everything perfectly before we arrived. They changed our room to one that was more suitable for her needs, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They made our experience comfortable and stress-free

Everything thing was amazing the food , the view , I loved the atmosphere and services was incredible the staff are very friendly and helpful

The bathroom has no airway and there was blockage in the shower

parking lot is too small for the capacity of the hotel, we didn't find an easy space

The hotel is new and modern.

Staff were really not helpful nor flexible. Some of them have attitude. For example, we had to wait a long time to be taken to the beach with the golf cart because the driver insisted that the car should be full. Service was not good on the beach since the bar is closed we had to order from the restaurant and wait forever. Then the food came without forks nor spoons and we had to wait again. Bathroom was dirty and disgusting specially the toilet. We called the housekeeping to clean them again and it remained dirty. The food was ok but not tasty, variety was ok but it could be better. Honestly the hotel didn’t meet my expectations at all.
