All great
Accessibility! We had kids with strollers and there is only one elavator in the hotel near the reception. And if your room is far from reception and want to get down to the beach right away, that's right infront of you, you can't.

room was clean and perfect, breakfast buffet was fantastic, dinner was just okay. pool area is very good and staff were polite and profissional and evening music was great
The hotel’s main building is under renovation causing some noise and inconvenience and this was not mentioned during my reservation.
Due to the renovation, the hotel rooms were also quite busy and although I arrived at 12:30 PM my room was only ready at 2:45 PM and I also requested a late check out but it was refused
also there was oils in the sea from the ships also didnt mentioned during my reservation and it damaged my swimsuit
also I ordered a birthday cake for around 1.2K EGP but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing don’t assume that the desserts will be great just because it’s a Movenpick hotel.

The rooms, the views, the beach and the pool were all amazing. The kids’ activities, fun evenings, and entertainment throughout the day made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations!

I liked the renovation of the old rooms, also breakfast quality
Dinner was of a very low quality and I had food poisoning after eating their salad. Also lack of kids activity
