L'appartamento era molto pulito, le istruzioni per accedervi chiare e l'host sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. La posizione vicino al Nelson Mandela Forum (circa 15minuti a piedi) era perfetta per raggiungerlo a piedi anche a tarda serata, comunque ben collegato con il centro città di Firenze tramite autobus.
