The apartment is spacious and has a pleasant layout. The balcony is nice as well. The bed is comfortably large. A huge advantage compared to other places is the free parking. The neighborhood is great too, with plenty of shops and restaurants near the beach (all within walking distance). In short, a very good location and a comfortable apartment.
The big issue, however, is the air conditioning. It is extremely noisy. Since the sun is on the apartment from sunrise onward, you really need the AC during the day (at night it’s fine without it, thanks to the mobile fan). But during the day you do need the AC, and with all that noise it’s hardly manageable. It would be an excellent apartment if the air conditioning were replaced by a quieter unit.
