The view is very expansive with ocean, city and mountain views. We enjoyed watching a rooftop bar displaying its karaoke singers on the wall while being able to hear them sing.
The property feels dated and uncared for. It’s obvious the owner is milking every penny out of it without putting a dime into it. The tile grout is black and the tile itself is stained. It was also super dirty. The interior doors need a deep cleaning (a magic eraser would do wonders), thick dust hanging from by the ceiling fans and sand in the couch. They offered to refund the cleaning fee but claimed they forgot to do it when I checked back a week later. Still waiting…
