Large Central Prahran Retreat

This accomodation was in a perfect location. Extremely close to the train and very close to tram stops. It was close to Greville Street and walking distance to Chapel Street, Coles and Woolworths and the Prahran Markets. The host could not have been more accomodating for us and was extremely responsive to messages. The ground floor location was perfect for travelling with our baby and a cot/change station was provided. The apartment complex was quiet. We stayed here two couples and a baby and had heaps of space. We would stay here again.

The key collection process is a bit of a pain. Its about a 10-15 minute walk off-site to go collect the keys. The wifi did not work and there was limited phone reception in the apartment. It did smell a bit musty.

The property is Safe and Secure, especially having the allocated parking bay. Instructions on how to obtain keys, to getting to the property, was easily to understand. You're spoilt for places to eat and public transport is easy to navigate and close by.

There were a few maintenance issues and the property could benefit from a deep clean and declutter which I have mentioned to Sean. Parts of the accommodation felt tired and need replacing/removal. Could easily be a 11/10 property with a few changes.

Spacious well appointed apartment in a fabulous location that was walking distance to all ammenities.

The apartment really needed a deep clean especially the bathrooms. The pillows in the bedrooms really need replacing and the quality of the linen and towels was of a poor standard.
