Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w mieszkaniu. Instrukcje były na tyle jasne, że nie było żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem. Co więcej, właściciel zgodził się na wcześniejszą godzinę zameldowania, co było nam bardzo na rękę. Sam obiekt spełnił nasze wymagania - 3 osobne pokoje, ciekawe wyposażenie (chociażby: gramofon albo neony), nieźle wyposażona kuchnia, duży stół. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna, dosłownie kilka kroków do centrum Ostrowa. Zdecydowanie polecam nocleg w tym miejscu.
Wyposażenie mieszkania ma już swoje lata, co dodaje klimatu, natomiast - zwyczajnie - część mebli mogłaby być powoli wymieniana.

Bardzo stylowy apartament, super wyposażony i czysty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Czytelnie przekazane informacje i wskazówki. Niezależnie od bezobsługowego zameldowania zostaliśmy osobiście przywitano i wprowadzeni do apartamentu.
Nie dotyczy samego apartamentu ale może być cenną wskazówką dla zmotoryzowanych klientów. Otoczenie nie robi niestety najlepszego wrażenie (podwórko, części wspólne). Trudności z zaparkowaniem, sąsiedzi potrafią doczepić się nawet, że auto za długie i zajmuje 5 cm części wspólne. W okolicy nie ma problemów z zaparkowaniem więc z uwagi na tłok na podwórku polecam rozejrzeć się za alternatywnym miejscem.
