Das Zimmer entsprach vollständig den Angaben, es ist geräumig und gut für bis zu 2 Personen nutzbar. Die Gemeinschaftsküche sah gut ausgestattet aus, wurde von mir aber nicht genutzt.
Der Zugang zum 4. OG musste zu Fuß durch eine halbfertige Baustelle erreicht werden. Der Fahrstuhl wurde mir von anderen Gästen nicht empfohlen, da er „manchmal stecken bleibt“.

Das Quartier bietet kein Frühstück. Jedoch steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile für alle Gäste zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Selbst im Kühlschrank herrscht Ordnung, da die einzelnen Fächer den jeweiligen Zimmern zugeordnet sind.
