Chic Single Room - AC - Next to Central Station - Nearby CBD USYD UTS Top Viewed Bistros - Shared Bathroom

Just a two minute walk from Central station, the location of this tiny but well set up room is perfect for visiting Sydney. Well functioning airconditioning keeps the room comfortable on a hot day. The interior decor is simple but quite chic. I have been here several times before and like to come back for a short stay because of the terrific location.

Room 1 is at street level on a sometimes noisy lane meaning that light sleepers will need ear plugs. Opening the window is not an option because there would be no privacy. The rubbish bins right at the entrance are a bit of a put off. Unfortunately one of the two bathrooms was not accessible because it was permanently locked from the inside, meaning all the residents had only one bathroom to use. The handle for turning on shower water was so loose that it was awkward to shower with one hand always holding the handle to keep the water running.

The very small room is ok for a short stay in Sydney because of its great location near Central Station. It is clean, tidy and nicely set up with hanging space and a writing table.The window needed some repair as it didn't open properly and the shower in the men's bathroom was problematic with a wash basin inside the shower recess making it very awkward to use when not showering.

very very difficult to check in online. 3 attempts failed so I did not get my access codes until I called. luckily it was not yet after hours. I had to do this manually via my phone before I got my codes, without which, no room.
