Good location

It was confusing because we realized after we arrived that the upstairs and the downstairs are both rentals and on the add you cannot tell which rental you are booking. I did not realize I was booking a basement suite. That was not my intention and I would not have booked it. It is quite an older house, that has been renovated. The bathroom was nice, but we did not like the beds or the blankets. I would not want to rent it in the winter months as there is a dampness to it, due to being a basement in an old house. I also was not a fan of the kitchen. It looks nice, but there is a mild smell In the drawers and I did not like the hot plate. The washer and dryer are very nice and work well. That being said it was clean and everything you need is there. If you are someone that is good with the very basic it is probably just fine for you. The host is also very nice.

Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, great living room space

The house is divided into several private rooms. The property is maintained to a very high standard — everything is new, modern, and well taken care of. This is definitely much better than staying in a 3–4 star hotel. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by the modern bathroom fixtures. It is very rare to find such high-quality and contemporary plumbing in Canada. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The only downside is that the highway is very close to the hotel and runs alongside the rooms. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration.

The house is conveniently located near the CF Market Mall and main roads. It is tastefully renovated and very clean. Access instructions were clear and easy to follow. Excellent kitchen, private bathroom and comfortable bed.
