Este un loc rafinat, elegant, dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru locuit. Comunicarea cu detinatorul a fost eficienta. Este in topul preferintelor mele! Recomand cu incredere!

O curățenie impecabilă. Dotat cu tot ce este nevoie, liniște și o zona bună cu suficiente mijloace de transport în jur ce duc în diverse zone din oraș.

Zona linistita, loc de parcare
Mirosul mult prea puternic al unui odorizant, care nu a disparut pe toata durata sejurului, desi l-am pus in mai multe pungi. Usa culisanta de la baie nu se inchidea, geamurile nespalate, sitele de la geamuri si aerisire imbacsite, lipsa unui suport de prosop la baie, lipsa incalzitor apa sau prajitor de paine, miros de mucegai care iesea din chiuveta din bucatarie, aerisirea din bucatarie era doar o gaura in perete, cuib de porumbei, care nu putea fi inchisa
