Zona este linistita, loc de parcare asigurat, usor check in , spatiu suficient de dormit , bucataria utilata . Este curat, lenjeria de pat mirosea foarte frumos.
Apartamentul cred ca trebuie renovat cu totul....parchetul neaparat ...mobila desi in stare foarte buna...pare ieftina..., lenjeria desi foarte curata era uzata, cred ca pentru inchiriat in regim hotelier ar trebui mai multa atentie.... Am ajuns in ambele seri foarte tarziu( la 9-10 seara), sunt afise peste tot cu pastratul linistii dupa ora 22, ca se propaga zgomotul foarte usor ....sunt perfect de acord cu linistea ..(.noi eram cu un copil de 12 ani) , dar ne-a batut vecinul in perete...doar ca ne-am foit un pic in contextul pregatirii patului....si a pijamalelor...In concluzie te simti stresat sa nu cumva sa deranjezi vecinii...
