Zentral gelegen. Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Ist kleiner als auf den Bilder dargestellt. Balkonmöbel stehen nicht draußen und müssen selbst vom Dachgeschoss runter getragen werden. Die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und funktionieren teilweise nur noch schlecht. Der Kühlschrank muss teilweise mehrfach vorsichtig geschlossen werden, damit er nicht von alleine auf geht. Teilweise ist die Tapete beschädigt oder um manche Fenster sind Wasserflecken. Die Wohnung und der Flur riechen etwas muffig. Liegt vermutlich am alten Haus.
