L'état général de l'appartement. Equipement ressent et fonctionnel. Confort général et douceur du lieu. La facilité avec laquelle j'ai pu louer et récupérer les clés. Réactivité des propriétaires.
Cela manque de lumière. Une seule fenêtre dans la chambre et pas très grande. Mais ça n'enlève rien au charme du lieu. Aucune place de parking et difficulté à trouver des places dans le centre.
