It's very spacious in a very traditionally Mediterranean style old quarter, very quiet and colourful. The two A/C work well, the TV is very useful and offers plenty of choice, the washing machine, fridge and kitchen amenities are in very good condition and useful for those who like to be autonomous.
It would be good to keep the guests aware of any special event when parking is not allowed in the usual areas. The area has old pipes which are not always fresh but the landlord has astutely found a way for it not to be a problem.

Super emplacement, bien équipé et propre ! Le monsieur qui m’a accueilli était très gentil, m’a conseillée et donné des bons tuyaux pour faire mes courses. Merci et je recommande vraiment ce joli duplex

L'emplacement
Le distributeur de savon vide Pas une seule dosette de café Pas de sac poubelle a distrution Propre mais sans plus (de la poussière sur le haut des rideaux par exemple)au vue du prix retenue pour le ménage 40€ ... Je tatillonne mais à ce prix je m'attendais à mieux! Par contre l'hôte super disponible heureusement sinon j'arrivais pas à entrer dans l'appartement.
