迷人花园公寓 Charming Garden

studio très bien aménagé/rénové, propreté irréprochable, quartier très calme, accès facile aux transports en commun, matelas confortable, petit jardinet, hôte disponible et très réactif (communication principalement par whatsapp).

la partie extérieur du bâtiment est moins charmant que sur les photos et mériterait un peu d'entretien et de rénovation. Le studio est assez sombre en journée (peu de lumière naturelle, à l'exception de la chambre). Le canapé n'est pas confortable.

Es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia

Es un oasis de tranquilidad en mitad de Faliro y la familia al cargo es absolutamente encantadora. La casa es comodísima y puesta con mucho detalle. Además hasta te ceden su cuenta de Netflix.

Location was good. Apartment was a good size.

Beds were hard. Not well equipped ( only 1 mug for coffee so had to buy) So many mosquitoes ( garden looks great but attracts the bugs). The main problem for us is that’s it’s ground floor so susceptible to break ins as we found the hard way. We stayed 5 nights. I heard someone outside trying to open the electric shutters then the last night someone broke in and took about 4k-5k of our stuff. Spoiled our holiday and increased my anxiety by 200% I have to say whilst the owners washed their hands of responsibility my main gripe is the the manager was only interested in cleaning for the next arrivals and damage to the doors - not at all about our major lose and trauma.
