Everything was lovely. It is very apparent that the hostess cares about her guests and the property. She left detailed and thoughtful recommendations and instructions. The space is very clean and comfortable. While the lodging does indeed have a lot of rustic character, it is perfectly charming and all of the furnishings and amenities are modern and new and in excellent condition.
Additionally, as we were leaving we had an issue so we reached out to the hostess to see if she could help and she appeared at the door with a warm greeting in all of three minutes.
