Amazing view especially at night time from balcony 👌

The view was amazing from the balcony and Aisha was very friendly and helpful so big thank you to her. Always answering messages promptly.

The shower curtain was too close to your body when showering so it felt a bit constricted so a nice easy fix would make it more pleasant and easy to shower without water coming out of the bathing unit.

Хорошее расположение апартаментов (в 10 минутах находится метро), внизу дома - два круглосуточных супермаркета, в пешей доступности можно найти кафе, закусочные и рестораны. Комфортная кровать, новые холодильник и телевизор. В наличии было жидкое было, средство для мойки посуды, туалетная бумага, мешки для мусора. Отдельно хотели бы отметить Аишу (хозяйку апартаментов), которая всегда была на связи и старались исполнить наши запросы (были предоставлены дополнительные полотенца, обновлены: посуда, наборы ножей, кастрюль и сковородок). Также Аиша обеспечила нам ранний заезд в 12:00!

Довольно шумно, из-за плохой звукоизоляции, как внутренней (было слышно журчание канализации верхних апартаментов), так и внешней (постоянный гул от движения транспорта). Ожидали из окна вид на озеро, но его не было, т.к в августе 2025 года озеро осушили, и когда оно будет восстановлено – неизвестно. Рядом находится активная стройка (источник дополнительного шума). Апартаменты выглядели довольно «уставшими», особенно ванная комната и кухня.

Рядом было метро и магазины с продуктами. Также бассейн на крыше.

Все было отлично, ну разве что пол был немного грязный

Lage ist toll, zur Metro ca 10min zu Fuß, Dubai Marina in 15min zu Fuß erreichbarr. Pool mit Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Tolle Aussicht, zwei Supermärkte vor der Tür, nette und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin

Tw. Lange Wartezeiten am Aufzug. Zeitweise etwas strenger Geruch nach Abwasser , der sich aber legte, wenn man Wasser laufen ließ
