The view from the apartment..

Location of the apartment, near Dubai Marina & JBR and public transportation. The views from the balcony are also very nice. It's value for money. Communication was rapid and clear.
Some facilities were not available at the moment we stayed in: wi-fi internet or a bathroom had no lights. Also, the first impression was not the best as we found the entrance door open and that the cleaning service didn't had enough time to finish the apartment before our stay.
Overall is good, some maintenance work and better care for the state of the apartment when customer arrives in and would have been perfect stay. Don't hesitate to book this apartment.
