I would highly recomend this property.

The property location is near town center and the lake. The two bedroom apartment has everything you need and a very beautiful terace. Apartment is clean and comfy. The host Alberto was very helpfull. We liked everything and would choose this apartment for our next stay.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Great location, only minutes walk into the town. It is in a lovely spot. The view is lovely too, from the window.

The parking. The parking is under the apartment so you have to drive down the side of the apartment then under. If you have a big car which we do, a seat Alhambra the parking is very tight. My husband is a very good driver but my son had to direct him in and out of the car park. It was a shame really, its the only negative to the property.

Wohnung schön, Tiefgarage geht gar nicht

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allen was man braucht. Der Weg zum Zentrum mit Restaurant und Läden und zum Gardasee ist nur 5 min.. zu Fuß.

Die Tiefgarage ist eine Katastrophe. Die Einfahrt um 2 Ecken viel zu eng und die 2 Parkbuchten für die Gäste auch viel zu eng.. Wir haben unser Auto 5 Tage nicht bewegt und bei Anreise war eine Handgroße Delle an der Kühlerhaube. Nicht schön!!!! Man sollte sich einen anderen Parkplatz einfallen lassen, für den Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage aber Sauberkeit und Ausstattung könnte besser sein!

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und trotzdem recht ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an vielen Restaurants/Cafés/Bars. Der nächste Strand ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt- da ist es aber immer sehr voll (wir waren im Juni, da war es zumindest so) deshalb sind wir immer ein Stück weiter gefahren (mit E-Bikes kein Problem). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.

Leider können wir die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht ganz verstehen oder diese Meinung teilen. Die Wohnung war nicht besonders gut ausgestattet (der Ofen geht nach wie vor nicht, das wurde schon vor Jahren bemängelt)- wir haben z.B. selber Spülschwämme gekauft da keine vorhanden waren und die Spülbürste definitiv nicht neu war, wir mussten erstmal alles Spülen da Teller etc. nicht sauber wirkten. Das wäre aber noch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war ein großes Problem. Der Kühlschrank war sehr dreckig, den mussten wir erstmal auswischen. Der Fußboden war auch nicht besonders sauber, unsere Füße waren immer dreckig. Das Badezimmer war auch etwas schmuddelig und ganz schlimm war die Klobürste- diese war so ekelhaft abgenutzt, dass man sie nicht mal anschauen geschweige denn nutzen wollte/konnte. Die Handtücher waren teilweise löchrig, auf dem Bettbezug waren einige Haare. ich denke es ist auch nicht zeitgemäß den Urlaubern freizustellen ob sie 40€ für die Endreinigung bezahlen oder die Wohnung selbst reinigen- denn offenbar wird die Wohnung dann nicht ordentlich übergeben (oder die Reinigungskraft hat die Arbeit nicht richtig gemacht, das kann ich natürlich nicht beurteilen).
