Whata beautiful property! Yes it is old but it brings you into the 1890s. Super clean, beds are all quality and comfortable and the owners have thought of everything right down to the bodywash, salt on the bench, coffee ... house manual. What an experience.

Beautifully presented Villa steeped in history. Warm when we arrived, light left on. Wonderfully furnished. Everything thought of.Milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival. plenty of room. Lovely kitchen, nice lounge, dining and bedrooms. Cute female cat that comes to visit at about 4.00pm and early morning. Cat lives outside. Nice view into back yard, reasonable quiet street. Wonderful "rain shower head" in the main bathroom. Continental breakfast supplied. Off street parking. Close to many of the book shops.Fresh choice supermarket just around the corner. Train sound didn't bother us. Chocolate dipped cone icecream available in the main street of the village. Short drive to Greytown, Martinborough and Carterton.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. It had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative. We can highly recommend!
