The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with anything throughout the day. The room was nicely furnished, the bed extremely comfortable, and the daily fresh towels and water were a great touch. The location is quiet despite being just off a busy street. It’s set a bit outside the center of Ubud, which worked well for us—close enough to reach most places in about 10–15 minutes, but far enough to stay peaceful. The central pool area really gives the place its charm. Breakfast was excellent, with great coffee and a solid selection, and the fresh fruit plate served every morning was a highlight. It was also nice to be able to have breakfast delivered to the room or the pool—super convenient. We also used their laundry service and scooter rental, which made everything even easier since it’s all available on-site.

The road leading to the hotel is pretty narrow, so getting in by car can be a bit of a hassle—thankfully, using a scooter avoids that issue entirely. There were also some visible repair marks on the wall in the room. It didn’t ruin anything for us, but it definitely doesn’t look great.

I didn’t love the location, I needed a bike for everything. Of course this is not something that can be changed but keep in mind if you wanna go to bars or anywhere you need a bike for sure I read there was laundry here on booking but turns out there wasn’t, you need to go yourself to a laundry but thankfully it’s 50 m from the hotel I didn’t feel like cleaning staff was super present, one day we asked them to clean and maybe they didn’t understand but they didn’t come

The pool was absoluetely amazing. And we loved the daily included breakfast, which was served at the qebic Cafe. Avocado Toast with porched egg or pancakes and the coffee there were amazing.

All towels were very dirty. The shower is together with toilet, so the floor in toilet is always wet. Floors in the room could be cleaner. Also place looks better in pictures than in real life. Quite dark inside the Vila during the day. Pool was not tempting

The location is very convenient, the pool is nice, the café has a pleasant atmosphere, and breakfast was good. The rooms are simple but have everything you need, and for the price it’s a fair choice.

The photos made the place look a bit nicer than in reality. The shower and toilet are in the same space without separation, so the floor gets wet, which can be a little uncomfortable. There were some visible wall repairs and renovations around the pool during our stay. Also, the coffee could be improved.

Really comfortable beds, which was a godsend considering we were sick and spent a lot of time in bed. The food was really good and the vibe of the place was great. Convenient location. WiFi was sometimes great and sometimes not good. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Complimentary bottled water. Nice pool even though we didn’t use it because we were sick.

The walls are thin so it was a bit distracting when we had to work for a few days because you could hear some kids screaming (they could have been neighbors rather than guests since we didn’t really see kids). WiFi was sometimes great and sometimes not good. The bathroom and shower are level so once you shower the entire bathroom gets soaked so you’d get wet when you go back in for the toilet or to brush your teeth.

The villa was spacious and comfortable, with a nice pool and a good room setup. The staff were truly amazing – very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay.

However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Some of the towels weren’t clean, and the bathroom was not very comfortable – especially the shower.

Staying at this hotel in Ubud was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I booked through Booking.com and wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. The location is absolutely ideal — it’s central and close to everything you might need, yet it still offers the peaceful, relaxing vibe that Ubud is famous for. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with beautiful Balinese touches that made it feel cozy and authentic. Every corner of the property is well maintained, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. What truly made the difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also booked an in-house massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — calming, professional, and exactly what I needed. If I could give more than 10, I absolutely would. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and the hotel treated us very well for our stay with added touches here and there.

Friendly staff, welcome drink and cookie were lovely. Swimming pool ok.

Our room was very humid, mold on the walls, when you take a shower the whole bathroom got wet. Very thin walls, we needed to ask our neighbours to be more quiet because we could not sleep… and yes even with earplugs. Location is ok.

Everything was ok, we stayed just one night, so hardly comment more.

We loved everything about the property. The room and facility very clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful, good value for the price, quiet, and comes with breakfast included. Very nice location near the rice fields but a short walk to the business center. There’s also a nice restaurant a few steps away where we had dinner twice. Highly recommended to family and friends visiting Ubud. Thank you for having us!

Perhaps a minor detail. The stairs going down from lobby to the rooms can be very tricky for old people or kids. It’s too steep.

Beautiful property, very comfortable beds, staff was very friendly

Rooms have paper thin walls to the point where if the room next to you had tv on you could hear it, conversations they had could also hear it. Every bike that drives past the property can be heard inside your room.

First of all, what you get for the price we paid is really good. The beds are comfortable, grounds are beautiful and staff very friendly. However, overall the quality of our stay did not match our expectations based on photos and reviews. The reviews also seemed to suggest that this hotel has recently opened, but it didn’t feel like that to us (based on the state of the rooms, furniture, decking and sunbeds). 🙂 - Staff are extremely kind and do whatever they can to help. - The room is cleaned daily and clean towels for showering and for the poolare provided. - The Qebic cafe within the hotel has good coffee and other drinks. - Communication with the hotel before arrival was very good, and we were greeted warmly even though we arrived late (1:30AM). - There are some very good restaurants within walking distance. We were especially impressed by the food and cocktails at the Orchid Duck, but also the more local restaurants around are worth a visit. ☹️ - Upon arrival, our room was not very clean and the bedsheets and towels had stains. The curtains had blood stains, fridge was dirty and the overall condition of the room was not great. We did inform the staff but unfortunately they did not have another room available that night, the next day we did get a different room which was better. They offered their apologies and kindly offered us a cheese cake. - The rooms are very noisy. The noise seems to travel through the ceiling, neighbours conversations can sometimes be heard word for word. Every night around 7pm a dog started to bark and would not stop until late in the evening. We had earplugs so didn’t mind it too much, but if you like peace and quiet, this might not be the best hotel. - The bathroom was not designed with user friendliness in mind. The bathroom floods with every shower and the toilet gets wet. - The breakfast options could be improved, especially when you want a light breakfast or when you’re vegetarian/vegan.

The view is stunning, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and their foods at qebic was excellent

Très chouette établissement, une super piscine et de superbe chambres. Le personnel était au petit soin, très gentil et disponible à n’importe quelle heures. Lit très confortable. Le restaurant était bon et le petit déjeuner aussi. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face aux rizières, c’était apaisant.

La douche qui arrose toute la sdb, un peu embêtant mais rien de grave.

Fruktansvärt lyhört, vi fick in cigarettrök i rummet via ACn och det var personer på bakisidan av vårt rum som samtalade hela natten och väckte oss vid flertal tillfällen som gjorde att vi inte sov något bra. Detta tar tyvärr ner vår upplevelse och betyg.

Acho que o alojamento precisa de algum amor e atenção, funcionários deveriam ter mais qualidade de atendimento ao cliente, jardim ao redor da piscina poderia ser mais bonito, poderiam limpar e cuidar mais do espaço exterior, tinha muitas folhas, estava muito molhado da noite anterior. Tinha um monte de formigas no nosso quarto e por isso decidimos sair deste alojamento. Não correspondeu às nossas expectativas

Het is gehoorig en in de badkamer zou een een glas tussen de wc en de douche handig zijn.

Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war freundlich und das Zimmer sogar etwas früher fertig als ursprünglich angekündigt. Das Bett war bequem, und ein Liegesessel war ein willkommenes Plus.

Leider eine ganze Menge: die von vielen, bemängelte Duscheabtrennung, die mit wenig Aufwand viel nutzen bringen würde, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, der Boden fühlte sich von Anfang an sehr staubig an, am schlimmsten war jedoch der Lärmpegel: die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, dass man jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarraum hört. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Baustelle, die bis spät in den Abend hineinlärm verursacht hat, und aus dem Hotel Hof kam dann auch noch laute Musik. alles andere als eine friedliche, ruhige Umgebung, so dass ich das Hotel bereits nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen habe.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man konnte Roller mieten (wir bekamen einen komplett neuen!) und es gab Helme in allen Größen (was selten ist). Anis war total lieb, wir haben uns viel unterhalten! Das Zimmer war geräumig, es gab genug Ablagefläche. Das Bett war riesig und super bequem! Wir hatten jeden Tag neue kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Zimmer stehen. Der Pool war sauber und perfekt bei heißem Wetter. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt aber jeden Morgen einen Kaffee getrunken, welcher sehr sehr lecker war!

Die Bewertungen bezüglich der Dusche sind nicht übertrieben. Es steht wirklich nach einer Dusche das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, bis hin zur Tür. Man traut sich gar nicht wirklich, lange zu duschen. Alles wird nass, egal wie vorsichtig man ist. :( Das ist wirklich schade, weil die Unterkunft abgesehen davon so schön und gemütlich ist.
