The apartment is spacious, and the check-in process is simple and convenient. There is also a washing machine available on site.

The apartment is located next to a busy street, so it can be quite noisy. A full set of towels was not provided—only one large towel was available. The floor was not particularly clean and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also believe the host could have communicated more proactively about temporary issues affecting the property, such as the lack of running water caused by municipal construction works. While the issue was outside the host's control, better communication in advance would have helped set expectations.
