Antonio was nice enough to pick me up from the train station however, I had booked this location as it included no breakfast but washing machine available. It was also on the third floor without elevator. However, the same night I got lost and realized he brought me to his other B&B on Via Cappucini that had a smaller room, and I would have to ask the cleaning lady to be able to wash clothing. I don’t think it’s right to not receive what you paid for. The worst part was the cleaning lady. Very rude, came to my door everyday at 9:50am even on checkout day asking if I’m ready to leave. Checkout is by 10am and no one should be knocking until 10:01am. The second day she had woken me up and said “it’s almost 10am”. When you book a room you should be able to sleep as you please. She was mad that I wouldn’t let her come into the room which is quite odd. There’s also no safe. I’ve never been to a B&B before where a cleaning lady comes everyday and there’s no do not disturb signage available. The words “Hello, please or thank you” never once came out of her mouth. Also note that breakfast is vouchers at an external café. I would not recommend this place unfortunately due to these events.
