Overall, we had a great vacation in this accommodation. Stéphanie is a very friendly host. From the apartment balcony, you have a beautiful view over the harbour. The accommodation was comfortable and for two person quite spacious. The kitchen/bar is well equipped and lacks nothing special. Parking in Pornic is mostly free and in the streets close by possible.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is located next to a very noisy bar that is open 7 days a week until 1am. Therefore, yelling in the middle of the night is normal. Since the flat has no air condition, you have to air with open windows which leads to constant noise. After a while, you get used to it.

L emplacement. On peut tout faire à pied.les parkings sont gratuits ou certains en zone bleue. Il y a des navettes gratuites toutes les heures pour aller aux plages par exemple ou des courses . L appartement est nickel très lumineux propre .

Il manque éventuellement un lave linge. Peut être un peu bruyant car un bar juste à côté mais bonne ambiance.

La gestion par la conciergerie Hoomy. On nous appelle pour nous indiquer qu'il y aura des frais de ménage de 55€ pour trois jours. Booking nous indique que c'est une option et donc pas obligatoire. La conciergerie Hoomy après échange par sms et rappel de la réponse de booking nous indique finalement que c'est bien une option et donc non obligatoire. Enfin comme il s'agit d'une conciergerie, pour la remise des clefs et l'état des lieux nous ne pouvions pas partir avant 10h30.
