Prachtig appartement op de derde verdieping met zicht op de oude stad en de haven.

Appartamento grande, comodo, luminoso e pulito. Posizione ottima, alle porte di Ortigia. Piccola area parcheggio proprio sotto casa: il parcheggio non è un problema. Da scegliere per la bellissima vista panoramica sull’isola e sul porto piccolo.
Lo stabile non è antico, ma le aree condominiali sono piuttosto trasandate.
