La cuisine n'est pas équipée pour préparer à manger et pour manger, pas d'ustensiles 😔 Suite aux inondations la route est très abîmée et difficile d'accès pour les voitures.

La villa est très belle, lits confortable, personnel très agréable, grande cuisine.

Assez loin d’Ubud, la plupart des taxis ne voulait pas se déplacer pour venir nous chercher. Pas grand chose à proximité, restaurants ou autres…

the location was great and the house is beautiful, and the staff member was great

the road to get there is awful, I'm aware this isnt the owners fault but it should be mentioned upon booking. for an inexperienced driver i can imagine it would be uncomfortable. i wouldnt say the kitchen was "fully equipped" as there wasnt a bottle opener, and i would have expected at least a first aid kit and some basic tea or coffee as most places have, even cheap guesthouses. there was some miscommunication about leaving our bags there and the owner left it up to us to organise with the cleaning staff rather than helping us. we left our bags inside to collect later and then were told other guests were coming so our things were taken to storage. there should have been more clarity about this from the owner. the TV's didnt work but by the time we found this out it was too late to message someone to help - small things like that should be checked between bookings.
