The views, the location, size of property and it had everything you need.
We liked everything. Yes it's quirky and feels like you are staying with an older relative, yes it needs some modernisation (both decor, furniture and the building complex itself) but look beyond that and enjoy 😊.

Bester Blick über die Bucht von Erquy, Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem, was man braucht bestens ausgestattet. Kurze Wege n die Innenstadt und zur den Restaurant am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung, Das Haus aus den 70er oder 80iger Jahren könnte mal eine Verschönerungskur gebrauchen. Leerstand im EG.

L’immense baie vitrée avec la vue sur la mer. La taille du logement, le confort du lit. On se sent comme chez soi, il ne manque rien.

The location was excellent. The view from the property was very nice. Central location. Kitchen very well equipped.
The property was let down by the cleanliness. Arrived to find hair in the shower tray. The light switches, handles and doors were grubby and had obviously not been cleaned. The toilet was tiny and the floor filthy. See before and after picture of light switch.
