Location, Cleanliness, spacious, very equipped.
The shower area in master bedroom is very small for someone to go inside.
The AC was not working well for 2 bedrooms.

Great location and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and beyond from every room. The apartment is large, modern and well equipped. Nanette was a great host. She was there to meet us when we arrived and very helpful.

We arrived early, but the host Nanette was incredibly kind, meeting us at the location and storing our bags until check-in; the apartment was exactly as pictured with stunning views of the city and Burj Khalifa, especially beautiful at night, and offered ample space with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, making for a superb overall experience in a convenient location.
The only downside I experienced was the lack of metro access, so I had to rely on taxis to get around, but since the apartment is in the heart of the city, this was expected.
