It's very good price for Chengdu, so I'm astonished by people who pay so little price and want super comfort and then they give grade 1 for this place. *facepalm*
The best is location! The exact center of Chengdu - 10min walk to main tourist street, 1min walk to metro station, Tianfu square in 1 station.
The location is in old town quarter. It looks atmospheric. The apartment is clean and good in comparison with neighbors.
Beds are comfortable, bedding are clean, floor are clean too.
There is a guitar! Maybe somebody can play:)
Its uncomfortable for cooking there, so we eat in restaurants or buy 'take away' food.
There is gas heater for water, so be prepared for different water temperatures in shower.
Not enough towels for four people, maybe past guests stole them...

Địa điểm tuyệt vời, rất gần ga metro. Xung quanh nhiều quán ăn đa dạng, nhiều cửa hàng, gần các trung tâm thương mại để mua sắm. Đi lại thuận tiện. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, giao tiếp dễ chịu, sẵn sàng cung cấp thông tin vào bất kỳ giờ nào. Bếp của căn hộ hoạt động tốt, có đầy đủ tủ lạnh, bếp ga, nồi chảo để nấu ăn. Phòng ngủ rộng hơn tôi nghĩ rất nhiều.
Nội thất căn phòng không mới lắm, nhưng vẫn có thể sử dụng tốt.
