Lovely location at the beach, close to the water yet private enough with the terrace high above ground, and beautiful views. Grocery stores, boulangeries and restaurants close by. Cosy living areas and a bit old-fashioned but functional kitchen.
We’d hope for improvements in the overall cleanliness, some sort of ventilation/AC options in the bedrooms at the attic which get really hot in the summer, and in the ventilation of the bit damp basement floor. However the host reacted very well to our feedback, hopefully the next visitors will benefit from the improvements. The parking is only possible some hundred meters away from the house. The house is a great place for vacation, with the improvements even better!

une villa magnifique dans un cade magnifique ... les pieds dans l'eau... une situation géographique de rêve... les commerces, les restaurants, les boulangeries... à proximité de l'établissement... tout ce que je souhaitais !! et surtout la mer... notre porte d'entrée à 6 mètres de l'eau... j'ai adoré et toute la famille aussi
le bruit... des ados mal élevés qui hurlent durant des heures ... leur vocabulaire de citée... et malheureusement... la chaleur caniculaire qui a perduré toute la semaine... la climatisation aurait bien été utile dans ces moments là...

L’emplacement à côté de la mer
La cuisine , le salon et la pièce de vie ne convient pas pour 12 personnes trop petit . Le mobilier est vétuste . Et la première douche fonctionne tres mal . Beaucoup d escalier
