Close to the beach, few good options for nearby activities, restaurants and bars, even shops in proximity - especially really great Cocoa restaurant at the beach, the pool, the garden, the location overall and the privacy.
For the price, the house is older and could use some investment, like showers, bathrooms, beds and some other equipment were old, or not working, some old doors, windows made strange sounds at nights, but nothing critical.

The location is excellent, the view of beach from the pool is stunning. Close to local restaurants and shops - just a quick walk along the beach. Our hosts were quick to respond to any issues to resolve them immediately.
Some of the outdoor furniture could do with an update.

Einzigartige Lage direkt am Strand, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer, vor allem vom oberen Schlafzimmer! Wunderschöner Garten, schöner Infinity-Pool!
Restaurants zu Fuß am Strand erreichbar, Supermarkt in drei Minuten mit dem Auto.
Garage ist vorhanden!
Das dritte Zimmer mit Fenster zur Garage und drei Betten ist so etwas wie das Straflager im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern. Es riecht dort auch etwas muffig, aber im Sommer ist es vielleicht angenehm kühl dort.
Das Haus sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden, aber es ist nichts Schlimmes. Die vielen Duftbeutel empfand ich jedoch als unangenehm und störend.
