Horrible service

At check-out on June 5th, everything was inspected and approved. There was no damage, so the €600 deposit was supposed to be fully refunded. Since they didn’t have any cash with them, they promised to transfer the amount as soon as possible. Now, more than a month later, we still haven’t received the money. We’ve tried to contact them multiple times—by phone, email, and other channels. Sometimes they don’t respond at all; other times they just make empty promises. The deposit still hasn’t been repaid. We have reported this to Booking.com. My advice: do not book here. You risk losing your deposit or having to wait endlessly. Their service is unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

Stunning villa! Great for a girls holiday.

Pool wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival. Not enough cutlery for everyone to eat together. Long walk to shops, beach but we knew this when booking.
