Quartos muito confortáveis, bem aconchegante e limpo. Está em uma ótima localização, perto do shopping, fui a pé.

Só não gostei de nao ter ficado mais.

Acomodação extremamente organizada e limpa, prédio bem localizado, seguro e silencioso. Ponto muito positivo para os eventos se sexta-feira, uma experiência muito boa.

We always enjoy staying here, and that's why we keep coming back. I was a bit disappointed with the room we chose this time because of the cleanliness and maintenance, but I still love the shared spaces, especially the coworking and coliving areas. The atmosphere and the people are always a highlight.

We stayed in Apartment 102 this time, and unfortunately, it wasn't up to the usual standard. The sofa had a noticeable stain, the bathroom had a lot of mold, and the walls also had mold and fingerprints. We reported that part of the door had fallen off and mentioned the moldy walls, but nothing was done during our stay. On the positive side, the kitchen was clean, and the bed was comfortable and well-maintained. Another issue was Garage 5. To open the garage door, you have to get out of your car because the video intercom is not positioned properly. It was inconvenient, and I'm surprised this hasn't been addressed, as it must affect other guests as we
