Szybki kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo pomocna, mila i życzliwa obsluga. Apartment dobrze wyposażony, zadbany, czysty - idealny na wypoczynek. Basen i SPA od 7.00 do 23.00 - piękny i idealny dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych. Polecam bardzo ten obiekt bo spełnia więcej wymogów niż można sobie wyobrazić - Szczecin za dnia i nocą jest piękny z dachu Hanza Tower. POLECAM

Małe przytulne mieszkanko, akurat na krotki pobyt - tyle żeby się wyspać i wyjść. Fajnie ze był dostępny parking.

To budynek w którym "goście hotelowi" mieszają się z jego stałymi mieszkańcami. Właściciele części mieszkań wynajmują je w formie hotelowej, a to nie jest hotel. Nie ma tam obsługi, recepcji - to wspólnota mieszkaniowa ... Osobiście nie odpowiada mi taka forma - mój błąd, bo tego nie sprawdziłem. Jest basen - ale to basen dla MIESZKAŃCÓW. Można z niego korzystać ale to niezbyt eleganckie w stosunku do właścicieli mieszkań, którzy tam mieszkają na stałe. Nie pochwalam takiej formy "hotelarstwa".
