Location is convenient, view from the terrace and the apartment is amazing! You can enjoy the city really well. Apartment was neatly maintained, had everything we needed, very modern, pool and sauna services are really good too. The instructions on car parking were very clear too.

I booked this property specifically using search filters to find a place with a fitness center, but the experience was completely misleading and frustrating. After booking, the host initially told us they didn't have access to a fitness center, then changed their answer to say it was available for an additional fee. When I asked for the price, they claimed they didn't know and told me to inquire directly. It turns out the gym is simply an independent, separate business located in the same building—not an actual amenity provided by the property. Listing a third-party facility as a property feature is deceptive. To make matters worse, using the gym was an absolute hassle. I had to go downstairs in person just to ask about access, where staff told me their manned hours were until 10:00 PM and so we just have to pay and enter when they are around. We wrapped up our day and walked into the gym a little before 9:50 PM, only to be turned away because they close the billing counter at 9:45 PM. It was an extremely confusing and inconvenient waste of time. In addition to the amenity issues, the apartment itself has serious structural problems. The living room windows have very poor seals, causing loud, whistling wind noises throughout most of our two days and nights. Online reports confirm that this building has ongoing complaints regarding poor insulation and sealant issues. If you are a light sleeper, these noises can be very disturbing. We never had a quiet moment; the wind was constantly whistling through the window edges even on not-windy days, and it got much louder whenever it was windy outside. It was so disruptive that we couldn't even sleep well.

There was a swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. There was also parking. It was on the 16th floor. The location was good.

When we arrived and couldn’t open the door, I wrote in English via booking to ask for help and the reply was in polish. I wrote back that I don’t speak polish and the reply was in polish! I used translate but the host didn’t bother to do the same and to reply in English! The shower got flooded in the 1st day and I had to remove a lot of hair so that we could continue using it. It is quite usual for that price and standard to provide tea bags and coffee, but there was none! The towels were well below the expected standard. To charge that amount of money they should keep a higher standard!
