Spacious and cozy 2 bedroom apartment located 600m from the beach of Les Marines, and less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Denia. 2nd floor with elevator. Spacious and bright living room, dining room, balcony terrace, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning and wifi. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub, and then another bedroom with two single beds. 2nd bathroom in the hallway. Communal pool and garden. Underground parking with private square.
