The suite was small but clean and had everything we needed ocean was viewable from the deck. Room was clean. Hotel staff very friendly. The use of the pool and beach and facilities on day of checkout was very nice. The hospitality room to shower and freshen up was extremely helpful and a great perk before heading to the airport. This is the first resort we stayed that offered this. Great addition.

The Sheraton Kauai is a beautiful property and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff and check in process was courteous, efficient and seamless. Most likely the result of my VRBO host being on top of everything. I had great communication with Ana and she fulfilled everything as agreed upon. Will definite look her up for any future vacations. Thanks!

Was described as 2BR with one room having king bed and the other two doubles, but there was only one bed in the second room which was an issue for our group so someone had to be on the pullout couch. There was no fitted sheet for that bed supplied. When we inquired about switching rooms we were told that none of the two bedroom units on the property had two beds in the second room. No ocean view, which also appeared to be the case for all the units which surrounded pool area. Kitchen is very small with minimal space for food prep.
