Stunning Villa Valsabion leaves nothing to be desired! The villa is only 50 meters from the beach, but if you don't feel like taking a walk, the villa also offers a private pool. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers or prepare delicious specialties on the barbecue. You can also enjoy these al fresco while the air around you smells of the Adriatic.

The rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool. On the second floor, which is a large, open space, you will find the cozy living and dining area with a private terrace with sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, also with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a terrace with a special attraction: a private jacuzzi. All rooms are spacious, bright and flooded with light to make guests of the villa feel at home. The villa has WiFi and is fully air-conditioned and, as the name suggests, is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Pula called Valsabion. Just a walk away are the beaches, both sandy and rocky. The beaches are surrounded by small islands that you can reach by swimming or by boat. Just 50 meters from the villa you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars etc. The marina is also not far from the villa. The historic center of the city is 2 km from the villa. Both Pula and the charming town of Medulin are easily accessible. Pula is a historic town and the ideal choice for those who enjoy sightseeing. The most famous Roman monument in Pula, the start and end point of any sightseeing tour, is the amphitheater, commonly known as the Arena of Pula, where gladiator fights once took place. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, the same period as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Today it is a venue for summer events - film festival, opera season, equestrian festival, concerts and theater performances. The underground tunnels, once used by gladiators, now serve as an exhibition venue.
