convector ceiling duct cooling. In addition, all rooms have underfloor heating and a modern 'smart

home' control system to control LED lighting, the temperature in each room, and solar shades on all

windows. Free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 70 Mbps, as well as audio zones in the house and on the

terraces, where guests can use their gadgets to select music from the Internet, satellite radio or

Bluetooth at will. In front of the villa there is an outdoor pool (77 m²) equipped with massage jets

and a geyser, where you can refresh yourself every day and which, together with the villa, forms an
