About this house rental
A peaceful coastal retreat just one block from Ocean Drive, this spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers privacy, comfortable gathering spaces, and an easy indoor–outdoor lifestyle in one of Corpus Christi’s established residential neighborhoods.
The heart of the property is the lush, fully enclosed back garden with a private swimming pool and waterfall hot tub. Furnished Saltillo tile patios and decks provide plenty of room for lounging, outdoor dining, morning coffee, and relaxed evenings by the pool. A Weber propane grill is available for cookouts, and guests receive convenient app-based access to the hot tub and pool lighting. Please note that the swimming pool itself is not heated.
Inside, the home has generous living spaces with room for everyone to spread out or gather together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate ice maker, especially handy for poolside drinks and beach coolers, along with a casual breakfast area with its own TV. A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.
Guests can enjoy a piano, an indoor/outdoor stereo system, and TVs throughout the home—each bedroom has a TV, along with the living room and kitchen.
Upstairs Retreat
The spacious upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bath, and adjoining dressing area.
A separate study provides additional flexibility with a queen sofa bed, desk and computer monitor, mini refrigerator, sink, and elliptical machine. Yoga mats are also provided.
Sliding French doors open to a furnished upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and garden—a lovely spot for stretching, reading, morning coffee, or winding down at the end of the day. An exterior circular staircase connects the balcony directly with the pool area below.
Main Floor Bedrooms
Two comfortable queen bedrooms are located on the main level and share a full bath. One bedroom features French doors opening directly toward the pool and garden, making it especially inviting for guests who enjoy easy access to the outdoor spaces.

The home comfortably accommodates guests with:

• Queen sofa bed in the adjoining upstairs study
• Two queen bedrooms on the main floor
Location
The home is just off Ocean Drive, providing a beautiful bayfront route into downtown Corpus Christi, the Marina Arts District, local restaurants and shopping, and easy access toward Padre Island and Mustang Island beaches via the JFK Causeway.
Lamar Park, The Village, downtown Corpus Christi, the bayfront, and many local favorites are all within easy reach.
About Our Caretaker
For transparency, our caretaker, Zach, lives in a completely separate studio apartment at the rear of the garage with his own private entrance and parking area.
He does not share any indoor or outdoor guest spaces and will not access the home, pool area, or enclosed garden during your stay unless you request assistance. He maintains a discreet presence and is available simply to help if anything at the property needs attention.
Zach also cares for our neighboring Bay House property. The two homes are separated by a large garden lot, which guests are welcome to enjoy for additional outdoor space.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The fully enclosed backyard provides a wonderful private outdoor space for approved pets to enjoy.

This house was awesome! It was very clean, spacious and included many thoughtful touches. Kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was great. Best part was the top deck at night, cool and breezy. Most rentals are scrubbed of all personality but this home still has family pictures and heirlooms all around, lending a very homey feel. It was the perfect ops center for our big event!

Everything was wonderful! Rebecca was very helpful and responsive throughout booking, travel planning, and our entire stay. We especially appreciated the welcoming "family home" feel of the house. We spent several evenings enjoying the pool and hot tub! The kitchen was very well equipped. Thank you, Rebecca!

the home was exactly as described. I was visiting on business, so I didnt have time to enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The neighbor hold is very quiet and very convenient to the grocery store, a fitness center and the shoreline for a morning run. I would definitely return if available.thanks
