Experience a timeless interlude at the Mas des Prades. This historic stone residence, dating from the sixteenth century, extends over a wild estate of 15 hectares.
By booking the entire Mas, you benefit from total privatization: no other traveler will be present. It is the ideal refuge for families or groups of friends in search of absolute serenity in front of the iconic panorama of the Trois Becs.
🏠 Your Private Residence (125 m²)
The Mas is composed of two communicating wings ("La Bécassière" and "Le Pignas") which form a single housing unit during your stay. The set is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people.
Configuration of the spaces:
Sleeping Areas (3 Bedrooms – 4 double beds in 160 cm):
Bedroom 1: One large double bed.
Bedroom 2: Two large double beds (ideal for a family or friends).
Bedroom 3: Master suite with a large double bed and direct access to the panoramic terrace.PGJyPg
Living areas:
Warm living room: With panoramic views of the Saou Valley, perfect for your moments of relaxation.
2 Dining kitchens: Fully equipped (including a dishwasher in the "La Bécassière" wing). Filter coffee machines provided on site (bring your own coffee) and all the utensils for preparing large meals.
Large Reception Room: A large modular space for your group activities, ideal if the weather is gloomy.

The interior door connecting the two wings of the Mas ("La Bécassière" and "Le Pignas") remains open throughout your stay, transforming the building into one large private property.
Here, you are truly at home, without any vis-à-vis. You will enjoy a total disconnection, surrounded by unspoilt nature and, in summer, by the soothing song of the cicadas.

Security deposit:
A deposit of €800 is required on arrival (given to Thibaud in a cheque (to be filled in payable to the owner which will be sent to you on arrival) uncashed, returned on the day of departure if nothing is noted during the inventory of fixtures at the end of the trip).
