With free parking for one car and just a 5 min stroll to the City Centre, this apartment is perfect for families or working professionals. The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area seats up to 6 guests and the living room includes a Smart TV for streaming your favourite platforms. Close to the seafront, shopping centre and train station, this is the central hub of Brighton!

Bright apartment with spacious living areas and parking in the centre of Brighton! This is the perfect place for professionals or for a family to get away.
KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The dining area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with two arm chairs and the double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
- Bedroom 1, twin beds, set up as a double but can made into singles on request, sleeps 2 with a designated work desk
- Bedroom 2, bunk bed, sleeps 2
IN ADDITION
* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
* Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
* Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
* This property is not pet friendly

Very good location in central Brighton (but worth expecting city noise because of this!).Flat was extremely clean and customer service of the management company was especially good - quick and helpful replies to all my questions!Parking space a couple of streets over was an added bonus, but worth getting the train if you can as driving in Brighton not the easiest.Would recommend to others and if in Brighton again would check here first.
