On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room.
Appreciate the charm of the stone fireplace and exposed beams, and take advantage of this cosy setting to enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends.
You'll also find a bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Upstairs, you'll find three double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and twin basins, a tumble dryer and separate toilet.

A first terrace, uncovered, with garden furniture, a small dining table next to it and a parasol. After a few steps, you'll be able to enjoy a large, wooded, private and fully fenced garden. Here you'll find a small petanque area and a swing.
A second terrace features a shaded dining area, charcoal barbecue and gas plancha, a large garden table and chairs, deckchairs that can be arranged as you wish, and a dart board.
At the front of the house, you'll find a parking space under the porch.
