We recently stayed at this property and overall had an okay experience. When we arrived, there were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues (limited clean hot tub towels, no blanket for the trundle, some sheet concerns, a kitchen sink issue, and a front door lock problem). We notified management right away and they responded promptly and apologized, working to address the concerns as quickly as possible.While those items were inconvenient, we appreciated the quick communication and effort to make things right. The home itself worked well for our needs and we were able to enjoy our stay.With a bit more attention to detail on preparation and maintenance, this would be a great experience for future guests.
