When you arrive, go straight out to the back boat patio and park yourself down with a cold drink. When I did I saw three blue herons and a deer across the way and it was wonderful. This is a very specific experience that’s kinda like being at an RV Camp. My son and I loved it but if you’re not into boats or a bunch or folks around, it might not be your thing. But I think that should be clear from the listing. We had a great time and may come back next year. Thanks!
