- No parties or events
- Minimum age to book is 25
- PARKING LIMIT: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.

Had the pleasure of staying at Amelia Treehouse with my husband and teenage son recently. The apartment was very clean, stylishly decorated, quiet, and comfortable. There were lots of thoughtful touches like throw blankets, extra pillows, and a stocked coffee bar that made us feel right at home. . , and

There was a hidden, non-refundable 70 damage fee that wasn’t detailed until after booking. Also, carpet in both bedrooms and deck was stained and bathrooms & kitchen looked a little “tired”. Bird poop on and locked front door upon arrival. Cool area, loved the island but would not stay here again.
